XCEL Computers prides itself on its service which is second to none, and the cheapest in Yorkshire and Humberside. Meeting the needs of our customers with an average call out time of 24 hours, we pride ourselves on our achievements... To date, XCEL Computers have not responded to a PC Repair job that was too difficult, hence, maintaining our 100% success rate.

With all our engineers trained in Customer Service and PC Repair, we see our customer as our friend... and ALWAYS treat our customers with the respect and dignity they deserve... so if you're a novice computer user, don't let that stop you picking the phone up... we'll take you through each step of the diagnosis, and explain in plain English HOW we arrive at our diagnosis..

We will come out to your home or office to repair your computer, but if for any reason it needs to go back to the workshop, we will arrange a time and date for its delivery back to you*, free of charge - delivery times will be agreed at the point of collection with the Engineer, who will leave their mobile number if you need to contact them about something you might have forgot to mention.

Our on-site visits are arranged by appointment and where we may be running late, we will always contact you to let you know why, and provide an estimate of how long we will be - however, this is very rare and in the financial year 2008/2009, we were on time to 98% of our appointments.

In most cases, if your computer needs to go back to our workshop, we will solve your problems within 24 hours and provide a timesheet of EVERYTHING we have done with it, which ensures full transparency between us and our customers.

We're also going to be launching a Customer Review site where you can see what other customers have had to say about our service - why? because we're proud of our record and want to shout about it from the treetops.

*Where a delivery date can not be agreed, XCEL Computers will hold the equipment until it is convenient for the Customer to receive its delivery.

It is our policy however that equipment not claimed within 60 days will be recycled or resold to recover our repair costs. Unfortunately, we have had to implement this Policy to free up space at our workshop and enable us to utilise our space more effectively. This Policy also allows for a fair trading relationship which enables us to keep our costs down.
