XCEL Computers provides a remote assistance service to its customers, minimising waiting times for our customers and ensuring that your PC is back up and running as soon as possible

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high tech IT Solutions, we now offer remote assistance to customers that are experiencing problems - as well as to those who may not necessarily require a home visit.

Offering remote support also contributes to our commitment to providing cost effective solutions to our customers by allowing us to keep our prices to a minimum as we save on travel time and costs by not having to physically visit the customers address.

It also allows us to get your PC back up and running a lot sooner, so instead of waiting around for the technician to arrive, you can be sat back, enjoying a cup of tea as you watch our technicians working on your PC - all from your normal PC screen.

To request remote assistance, please call us on 0800 4 969 969 and one of our members of staff will be happy to activate your session.

For the remote assistance to work, you will need to have installed a specialist program onto your computer - don't worry, we've checked it for spyware, malware, adware and everything else that can potentially harm your computer (including viruses) and we use it ourselves - so there's no risk to installing it.

To access this specialist program, please contact us on 0800 4 969 969 (or text us your email address to 07891 519 311) for a link and once installed, just complete the registration information it asks for - once you're ready, our technician will take some details from you to ensure the connection is secure and encrypted - leaving your PC secure from potential hacking threats.

If you would prefer a home visit rather than the remote assistance, please let our staff know by calling 0800 4 969 969.
